Ground Up & NTI – Our ground-up division assists customers in the new construction of petroleum retail facilities. The Company can be contracted with either the end customer or through a general contractor. Our ability to assist with the design of fuel systems helps us provide a value-added service to customers and ensures the project requirements fit within the Company’s core competencies.
Remodel – The remodel division includes fuel tank and pump equipment removals and replacements, which are performed for existing retail locations. One of the Company’s key competitive differentiators is its ability to perform work onsite with minimal disruption to the customer. In most instances where a convenience store is on the property, this store remains operational while we perform our work on the petroleum fuel system. Given the Company’s longstanding relationships with its core group of customers, we have repeatedly performed remodel services for properties where we previously installed the original fuel system.
Commercial / Industrial – The Commercial division includes all fuel system installations and remodels for end customers operating in industries beyond petroleum retail. These customers require fuel tanks, piping, and pumps for commercial & fleet fuel terminals and industrial generators, among other uses. Our design flexibility and expertise in navigating complex installations allows us to seamlessly bring value to these projects.
